3. SERVICE AREA AND LICENSING

We are properly licensed and insured to operate throughout Washington State including Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver, Bellevue, Everett, Kent, Renton, and all other Washington communities. All work performed complies with Washington State building codes and local permit requirements.

4. USE OF OUR SERVICES

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with our business operations or staff

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client information

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts
  • Liens may be filed for unpaid balances in accordance with Washington State lien laws

8. WASHINGTON STATE-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

  • All work complies with Washington State energy efficiency standards
  • We provide required disclosures under Washington consumer protection laws
  • Three-day right of rescission applies to contracts signed in your home
  • We maintain required bonding and insurance as mandated by Washington State law
  • All work meets Seattle’s environmental and sustainability standards

9. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

  • We provide warranties on workmanship as specified in individual contracts
  • Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
  • All warranties comply with Washington State consumer protection standards
  • Weather-related warranties account for Seattle’s unique climate conditions
  • Emergency repairs may have limited warranty coverage

10. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

  • Our services are provided with professional care and expertise
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Washington State law
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided under contract
  • We are not responsible for delays due to rain, winter weather, permit issues, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Property damage will be addressed according to our insurance policies and Washington State law

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved under Washington State law through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through Washington State dispute resolution services
  3. Binding arbitration in King County, Washington
  4. King County Superior Court if arbitration is unsuccessful

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Washington State law and local Seattle ordinances. Any legal proceedings will take place in King County, Washington.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Seattle website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Washington State law, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
